Mediation

Prior to attending law school, Grant Brim earned his Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. His educational background, along with his subsequent work in the field, has given him a unique perspective and additional qualifications to handle emotionally charged disputes.  In addition, Grant has years of experience litigating both domestic and commercial disputes.

The Georgia Supreme Court requires all neutrals to be registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to be eligible to mediate court- ordered mediations.   Grant has been registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 2013 as a general civil and domestic mediator.  All registered neutrals are required to take mediation specific continuing education every year to maintain their standing.  They are also bound by the ethical standards set by the Georgia Supreme Court.

Grant brings this diverse educational and career background to the mediation process.  He is committed to providing the highest quality mediation service at a reasonable cost. His goal is to facilitate a process in which the parties are free to make decisions in a manner that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the amount of stress for everyone involved. He specializes in complex matters, including personal injury cases, divorce and custody matters, and business disputes (including business divorces).
